Back then, my “transformational models” were delivered via plain PowerPoint slides (yes, the ones with the standard transitions). Back then, we were focused on human learning. Fast forward to 2026, and the “Force” has shifted toward Machine Learning.
But here’s the secret the “droids” won’t tell you: The fundamental design of a successful HRM project hasn’t changed. Whether you’re using a slide deck or a multi-agent AI system, the mission remains the same: Translation of strategy into execution.
